G emailed us this morning in response to the GA fundraiser, thanking us, and passing news about his new Video Project for his charity Show Your Heart - which the kids and her friends at school will try to do!

So, trying to think of ways to boost the signal on her project at school, but then, this is really her thing, not mine.

Yes, I will get to cleaning the studio, maybe. I woke up with a Sherlock scene in my head and it was so very dark.

I want fluffy romance dammit! (recs?) Must go in search of that, and I am enjoying reading canon Holmes/Watson as well as BBC series when written well.

Did I mention daughter was talking about what a person she might date would be like? I said, a fireman, a doctor ...

She said - Army Doctor?

And I said, ah, do you want to be Sherlock and find a Watson, or Watson and find a Sherlock?

She said, well John can shoot and takes care of things, but Sherlock is smart and he's a detective so it would be exciting ... but maybe I will find a Mycroft, he'd be concerned about me.

Oh so hard to keep a straight face. Don't you love it when kids know your fandoms?

Son still wants to be a Dalek, well, could be worse.
