Yesterday was not a wasted day, but I did not get done what I wanted, I spent an hour at JoAnnes, only to find they didn't really have what I needed (sterling silver bails, silver jewelry findings, more origami paper) so i'm heading of to Micheal's this morning. (and they have sales on stuff I want yay)

It's also next door to Half Price Books, where I pick up antiques for only a few dollars. Speaking of which, have to ask wongkk if he wants something I saw there a while back that should still be there.

But then when I come home, I'm making a colour/pattern list for people to see if they want to commmission jewelry, sorry for the delay. I had my teeth cleaned yesterday and they are still a bit sore.
So I'm happy with what I got, but, I have a sore throat and feel sick now. *sigh* will see what I can do with the day before kids come home. I 1/2 hour for youngest.
But I got in, changed password and deleted spam postings, so it seems to be okay.

I wish I had gotten more done today, made some of the tangerine orange earrings, and the black with white Victorian designs. It's the varnishing that kills me. (fumes) but I got a fan going, so hopefully it helps tomorrow.

Maybe seeing TTSS in the morning for the cheap show, if I can get his Nibs out of bed on time.

And tomorrow, order of business, getting the different colour patterns up for jewelry.
This is so exciting! I could only hope they tour out of Japan this year (and near me) *sigh*

You are The Star

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Star is one of the great cards of faith, dreams realised

The Star is a card that looks to the future. It does not predict any immediate or powerful change, but it does predict hope and healing. This card suggests clarity of vision, spiritual insight. And, most importantly, that unexpected help will be coming, with water to quench your thirst, with a guiding light to the future. They might say you're a dreamer, but you're not the only one.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

One in five women in America has come to Planned Parenthood at some point in her life. More than 90 percent of Planned Parenthood health care is preventive, including lifesaving cancer screenings, birth control, prevention and treatment of STDs, breast health services, Pap tests, and sexual health education and information.

The Susan G.Komen foundation has succumbed to the right by cutting all it's funding to Planned Parenthood, so I am no longer supporting them, read more here:

"Women of all economic levels need breast health screenings, referrals and education, which is what Planned Parenthood provides in communities across the country, especially to low-income women who have no other place to turn. Planned Parenthood's quality, accessibility, and affordability makes it a leader in enabling women to have early screening and support when there is the best chance of successful treatment.

The Breast Health Fund at Planned Parenthood continues to put the real needs of women ahead of right wing ideology. We encourage others to join us in replacing the funds lost, so that no woman’s health is imperiled by Komen’s unfortunate decision."

*personal note - my mother, my grandmother, and my spouse's mother all died from breast cancer. So it is an important issue to me.
