Castiel Speculation season seven Supernatural

So, I was thinking, why did they give Cass a wife?

Right now, in the show, Cass, having been resurrected after being torn apart by the Leviathans, wakes up without his memories in the woods, where a woman (led by God) goes to rescue him and they become man and wife. When Cass meets up with Dean and the demon Meg joins them, his memories come back.

In other news

Argh, I woke up with an awful sinus headache. (sigh)I know spouse and kids will nag me today to go shopping for Bunny Holiday stuff. I wish that they could do it on their own, but I'm the only one who can drive.

Cass giving me problems on the Supernatural/Sherlock art, but hopefully will feel better enough to fix that, and finish the lineart today. I'm already thinking of doing more SPN art, namely, Cass pulling Dean out of Hell.

Tangent: so many fics that speak of Cass with white wings when in the show they are shown as black (well, big black shadows anyway)

Looking for good Cass/Dean fic if you've got it, or funny SPN gen. AUs that are not highschool.

Late to the Party

It's a bit funny to me that I see posts from people bailing on SPN fandom when I'm just getting into it! Haha, thing is I've seen parts of the shows for years, I just didn't sit down and watch until I discovered a) spouse is big Misha fanboy and b) Supernatural airs every day at 9am and 10am Monday to Friday, so you can watch a season in about two weeks. So I've caught seasons 4,5 partway through 6, and watching season 7 the last few weeks as they air.

Nothing like cramming shows and etc. so you can write fic and draw pic.

I'm such a canon shipper. Mine have been Frodo/Sam, Sherlock/John, now Dean/Castiel. Though I have been musing (GASP) Sherlock/Dean. Just cos they are so so so opposite. And a little comment that Mark Gatiss made in Sherlock season one that even if Sherlock were not asexual, John would not 'be his type' and you gotta admit Jensen has pretty eyes, well, so does Misha, hmm .... that's a tough choice.

I wish I could provide more fic and pic than I have, still a Sherlockian, still into various anime fandoms and Gackt, but circumstances not allowing me the time to spend on fun stuff so far this year. *sigh*
