Misha on "I play a Serb on tv' minority

I played a Serb on 24 for several episodes and the producers of the show came in to talk to me, like 5 episodes in. Denzel Washington had just won an Oscar and they said, ‘isn’t it great that minorities are finally getting recognition at the Oscars? It’s great for people like you and for Denzel Washington.’ I said, ‘I’m sorry but I don’t think I qualify. I’m a white guy from Massachusetts.’

Incidentally, Misha Collins is in Haiti right now with actor Colin Ferguson (Eureka) for the charity Hope2Haiti (RandomActs.org) where they've taken a bunch of fans who raised money for the Jacamel Children's Center and they are just $7,000 shy of a 200,000 goal for this year. Well done.

Ah hurry up and wait

I've had to keep the AC pumped, which is not a good thing for our wallet, or my sinus infections, I feel so wiped out, I take naps now during the afternoons. *sigh* and it means I do a bit on the pictures each day, but have to stop before I get really going, if I'm lucky I can add the hearts today. Maybe I can get the lineart done in the next day and then start the color.

I don't think I've written anything this year yet, I have no idea where the writing mojo went, it's not a lack of ideas. Maybe I'm thinking too much about the words and forgetting to have fun with it.

Speaking of writing, I took my stories down from ff.net. I left up a header that states my stories are here at LJ and at Archive of Our Own. I was forgetting to update stories at ff.net, and while I got plenty of traffic there, no feedback, and no checking out of my other sites, so.
