kind of a bummer

I did a very elaborate framing design for a customer of RueMcClanahan in the Broadway play Wicked, the art was painted for Rue, given to her, then purchased from her estate, who then sold it to my friend, I framed it up with an autographed playbill and a photo of the actress, the accents were lime green, with a overmat of very pale pale gold, three stacked frames, including a lime green glossy frame accent.

BUT when I got to see a picture, whomever did the framing stacked it wrong, it was supposed to have the two wide silver frames sandwiched together, with the lime green frame fitting over them (where the join was) raised up. But they just put all three frames next to each other, ignoring the diagram. (sigh) it still looks fine, but didn't have the profile I wanted. The customer loves it, which is the important thing, but I also should have moved the secondary images over like, 1/4 of an inch. Ah well.
