Gonna try to art today

I have the Angelic Intervention necklace (Cas raises Dean from Hell) done with the exception of a few beads, so gonna run to the store this morn. Kids home on spring break (and still asleep cos I let them stay up to watch The Hobbit on indemand - I am waiting until the extended version is coming out to buy the DVD) because if you bought the first release to see teasers for next film, you can see em on Tumblr now. The movie is paced very very well, and I think is better on third viewing, (though some of the music sections distract you in the movie because you try to remember where you heard them in the LOTR films (in particular thinking of when Thorin and Co are trapped in the trees, and Thorin advances on Azog.)

Oh I do have to take kid to his OT appointment and grocery shop. I don't work this week until Friday, but I have a ton of hours in April, cos after we move into new gallery space, K is taking off a week, and it's only he and I working now. Oh well, I would like a new bed anyway.

I was thinking of writing original fic first as a fandom AU, sort of to get the kinks out, i'm not as concerned about readership until it's all done and dusted (and illustrated) but would I get more feedback from you friends, if I just posted it here in it's original form?
