UFO on the mountain: ruins of communist hq on Bulgarian mountaintop

This building, (erected in 1981) even though it's design reflects a 60's esthetic, was abandoned 20 years ago and is a ruin, the Bulgarian goverment has transferred ownership to the remaining Bulgarian Communist party, who believes this could be a tourist attraction if refurbished at the cost of 12millon. though some might say it's already an attraction in it's current state.
