Recipe update

I went to the doctor to find out I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and you know spouse needs gluten free diet because celiac, sooo, you'll find different recipes here in future, but I will see if I can't adapt some of the older ones I've posted I love so much, just make healthier alternatives.

Me I just wish that eating better wasn't always more expensive.
