My daughter

Was rambling today about shock blankets and hitting corpses with riding crops, so she's learning something from Sherlock.

O_o

My daughter also reminded me that my son's birthday is in early March, she had a Death Note Birthday cake, so we asked the boy what he wants, and the only thing he said was EXTERMINATE, so I guess he'll be getting a Dalek cake.

I've checked out a few online, and the good ones aren't all edible, so I will make an all-edible chocolate Dalek, and maybe make it a not-gold, since the majority are gold, I still have silver luster dust from the Ultraman cake.

And girl wants TARDIS cake.

I'm thinking of making a John Sherlock cake for me birthday! Which actually, will be before son's birthday! maybe a round cake with chocolate chibi Sherlock and John in Baker Street. Hmmmmmmm......

I have a drawing half-done, hopefully the muse is with me today.
You can see my cakes here: http://karadin.deviantart.com/gallery/23660486

Thanks again for all the love on the newest chapter of DANMARI. :D

Hey, cool cakes! I searched my calligraphy supplies but my gold leaf is gone...I was gonna donate but my 15 YO DD must have used it up. Art supplies never last around here. And I don't do calligraphy/illumination anymore.

Your origami is beautiful.

Your L cake was fantastic, so I'm looking forward to seeing any others you make! :D

With any luck, she'll team up with a doctor and have a fabulous career as a consulting detective. :)

Heh, your daughter is looking to Sherlock as her role model. I can see why you o_0'd there.

Still, the John & Sherlock cake does sound, well, sweet.

I always love hearing about your two little ones - they are so engaging and interesting and funny :) And with great pop culture taste!!

I was the kind who always wanted a horse cake :) I was not as cool as wanting Dr Who cakes at that age!

I have been promised more home made ice cream this weekend so that makes me happy :)
