Dom and Billy looked to have aged a little, and Elijah has lost a lot of the roundness of his face, but other than that...yeah, they don't look that much older!

It's probably not the water in NZ but the stuff on the table. ;) I wonder if this photo was meant to mimic the scene in the Green Dragon at the end of ROTK where the hobbits unite after the quest?
