I'm probably one of those rare people that is indifferent about the Beatles; I think it comes from disliking my given name so much. But I don't *not* like them either.
I really just wanted to comment on the little phonograph in the plastic carrying case...I had one of those too! And I remember the 'adapters' to play the little 45s. One of the first things I started tinkering with was how to get records to play when the needle ran down (and Mom didn't want to buy me more) or the record got scratched and get stuck. Funny how vinyl became extinct but now it's back in vogue. Will the 8 track do the same or go the way of the cassette?
