Not certain, there are certain criteria for broadcast, as the production was co-sponsored by PBS, it won't air on BBC America, but only on PBS in May, and last season, it didn't go to netflix until months after it aired on PBS.
However, the blu-ray dvd of season two is out end of January from Amazon uk.
