Thoughts on clip
First off, Cas isn't dead, however, Dean is keeping some secrets from Purgatory. We know that's the premise of the first nine eps this season.
Second, Cas is the only character who has died multiple times (other than Sam and Dean) and is brought back by the same actor because Misha is just that awesome - and beloved by cast. Misha's moved house to Vancouver, so that's a good thing.
But, as a fan, and as a fan who writes, if the showrunners don't think that Cas is worth keeping, then he'll go, but hopefully with something meaningful as the character deserves, so I'm looking forward to seeing what plays out. BUT I HOPE it's a storyline that goes out to season ten with Cas, that whatever happened in Purgatory is something that affects their friendship that they have to work to get back, did Cas sacrifice himself for Dean to escape, or did Dean leave him behind, either thinking him dead, or not worth saving? Oh questions.
If Cas comes back, is he then on the side of the angels once more because Dean and Sam are no longer his family?
I do hope for more Kevin Tran and his mum, I see they've cast more angels, so I'm hoping for Inais to have escaped the Leviathans, it would be cool to see Bobby somewhere, as well as Gabriel and Balthazar.
I know that Crowley's the main baddie, but I do want to see the Alpha vamp again, I love that character and the actor who plays him.
