Kevin finally going off, and then apologizing for failing, stood out for me, too. It said a lot about his character that it took that extreme to make him finally curse these guys out, yet he still feels a responsibility to them.

Crowley's angel blade bullets were genius, and, while it ultimately failed, so was the plan to trick Kevin. As for Naomi, slaughtering Biggerson's customers around the world is frankly the kind of fearsome, absolute behavior I would expect from a "warrior of God." I could see an angel who helped kill every firstborn in Egypt having no qualms about this.

I barely remember Metatron, though I loved what he had to say about humanity's stories.

I could support how the boys have let practically no one into the Batcave, except ... they let that Greek god in, along with the two random humans he happened to be related to. And the guys need Kevin safe a hell of a lot more than they needed that clan safe. Now this woman and demigod boy are wandering around out there, still aware of the Batcave's location. Ooooookay.

Yeah, in S2's "Croatoan," Dean actually said, "Yeah, you know, all this driving back and forth across country, you know I've never been to the Grand Canyon?" I say again, I couldn't tell you ANYTHING I did when I was eight years old. Still, I get the "WTF?!" reaction of continuity buffs. I guess this one's a debate for the ages.
