Has a lot of fussy detail, so I spent the day cleaning, still some work this morning before getting down to the colouring. I'm getting a small callous.
Right now I'm in the mood for an historical au of some sort. Is there an Avengers one??? Since I don't know if I can find one SPN or Sherlock I haven't read yet.
Right now my fics are on hold, I decided not to buy Pacific Rim books, but wait until the library gets them in, they are on order, and yeah, as much as the film fails in its promise for female characters, I still like the verse.
I'm very hopeful for season nine of SPN, they have some new people on the writing team, Misha's liking what they are doing with Castiel, the only downer is a supposed secret between Sam and Dean, I don't mind when show paralells past seasons, but not re-dos, we like when the boys are united. Listen to the fans.
What else? Going to grocery store today, might see what little toys craft things are available, daughter is enjoying complicated paint by number sets, boy wants a black car toy (like the Impala) so he put his big yellow car into one of my black socks. He still plays with his Gackt magnetic paper doll I made years ago. In fact, he spends a lot of time drawing comics and cutting them out (which incidentally helps his finger strength as a form of occupational therapy) I'm gonna miss when the kids go back to school, that we can all hang out in the same two rooms and do our creative things. Oh, daughter also wants me to teach her photoshop tricks so she can clean and colour my work, that would also be great if I ever decide to do a comic. I asked her if she'd like to write a comic with a brother and sister character, I'd do the illustration, she's thinking about it.
