I completely agree. Cas is on Team Free Will, and is now and forever will be a member of the Winchester family. You can't break up their family, not after everything they have been through!
And yes to more interactions between Cas and Sam. They have a lot in common, between wanting to do right but screwing up, and doing what they thought was best at the time. I am a total Sam demon-blood drinking storyline supporter, and have maintained that Sam always thought he was doing the right thing by trying to save people, although through unfortunate means.
I hope they come up with something sustainable for the spinoff, because whenever Show is done is going to be a dark day for me.
