only 26% of the US indentify themselves as Republican voters

Only 26% of the US population considers itself Republican
of this 25% only 30% would vote for Donald Trump, so despite all the media attention, they are a minority of a minority

Slight caveat - no-one thought the Tories would win over here because so few people admitted to wanting to vote for them: but they did.

they only seek out the truth that agrees with them, they don't want to look at anything that might shake that up.
