*non spoilery
kudos given for Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) who has his own film coming up, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, Vision and Scarlett Witch, the Falcon and the Winter Soldier (as a pair) all getting nods from critics and fans. (comments on Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. are in spoilery reviews that I'm not reading)
critics mention character development, a solid story and a great action sequence which make it live up to summer blockbuster hype. *crossing fingers*
Some critics give The Winter Soldier a slight edge over Civil War, where some think of it as better, and almost all critics believing CW better than the last Avengers film Age of Ultron.
*initial reviews of Batman vs Superman were great, there was an embargo on critical reviews before the opening ob BvS, so we can take this with a grain of salt, but Disney/Marvel is allowing full reviews by independent critics after April 13, when Civil War opens overseas that's almost 3 weeks before US release - so they must think it's going to do fine. Civil War opens in US May 6.
