Another thing Jeremy Brett and Benedict Cumberbatch have in common, they both portrayed William Pitt the Younger, Jeremy in 10 Downing (tv) and Ben in the film 'Amazing Grace.'
Fans always discuss who would play Sherlock's Mum, and mention Judi Dench or perhaps Helen Mirren, no one suggests Ben's Mum, actress Wanda Ventham. It would be fun to see them act together.
I'm certain than whomever is chosen to play Irene Adler in SHERLOCK would be fine with me, the character in canon is an opera singer, maybe they will update that to another kind of performer, and she's American, I think someone African-American would be fun, I'd cast QUEEN LATIFAH! I think she and Sherlock would make a cute couple, if not as cute as Sherlock/John. <3
I'm sorry to say that a friend's misfortune brought the only smile to my day, but it was a flash-drive mixup with yaoi involved, nuff said. (I just wish it had been one of my pictures!)
