Martin Freeman will play the lead character Bilbo Baggins, and now Benedict Cumberbatch has been confirmed as his greatest nemesis, the iconic Dragon Smaug. Benedict will lend his voice and motion capture for the CGI character. He also has a second voice role as 'The Necromancer.'

Mitt Romney (who is a former gov and a multi-millionaire) was speaking to unemployed people in Florida and joked that he 'was also unemployed.'

Hopefully, it will remain that way.

Sarah Palin wrote a letter to friends as an email from God. In it she was speaking of her yet to be born child with Downs Syndrome, saying 'he will always be a mischievous, dependent little brother' way to stereotype disability, but then again, stereotypes are all this woman understands.

Thanks to the person who bought the big print of Brett and Batch (my last colour pic) and I'm working on another Brett pic now - have the pencil down, it's been a busy week rl wize.

and when Brett pic is done, another Sherlock and John which you could read as gen or mild slash. ;D

And then some Gackt! Yes! Inspired by his new short blond hair.

I'd really like to get back to ficcing soon. I just don't know which project will be picked up.

Martin will return to NZ when he's done filming Sherlock, and sad because his family is staying in London (his partner is an actress and working in the UK) maybe he lobbied for Benedict come out to play Smaug so he'd have a pal to hang out with for some of the time. I think Ben's voice work will be fantastic. I might have to make him an arigurumi dragon!

And yes, people already started writing Bilbo/Smaug, it was inevitable, fandom never change.
