Interesting to hear that people involved with the play have autistic children, and the actors went to meet autistic children and young adults in the course of preparing their roles, and Benedict was upset by this. I think often people's responses to those with disability is pity and that comes from empathy (pats B's head) but with more exposure you get over that, it turns into admiration and pride quite quickly.
He also picked a really interesting piece of music from an artist from Iceland to play.
