NEW: An estimated 450,000 people are living in shelters, according to Japanese reports

The death toll reaches 1,886, and at least 2,369 are missing, this count does not include 2,000 bodies found Monday in Miyagi Prefecture.

I keep finding the same news articles over and over, with the same unsubstantiated reports. It's a little frustrating
