Hot cup of coffee, orange scones with butter and orange marmalade, kids watching Doctor Who while cuddling Ray the Dalek on the sofa, not to mention reading some fluffy Sunday morning Sherlock and John fic. ;D

About the only downer is hearing that people are complaining that Gackt's new fanclub newsletter is all about his charity Show Your Heart to help disaster victims in Japan, apparently thats boring.

GACKT does not care what you think, even if you've bought his CD's DVD's posters and magazines with his pictures, if he cares about raising money for charity, dammit, he'll do it, despite some of the Japanese public criticizing him about his work, accusing him of doing it for publicity reasons, calling him trash)

Sure, some fans got involved in the charity because of their love of GACKT, their interest in the disaster in Japan is only because of the connection to him, but who cares? Help is help, no matter the reasons for people becoming engaged, so THANK YOU if you got involved and raised some money.

(but complaining because his fan magazine is full of news of the charity is NAFF, let that go for at least one month?)

AND, my favorite Yami No Matsuei fannovel updated yay!

Off to read, have a good Sunday!

Those fans should meet up with the person that got upset that the last couple of episode of his favorite would be pushed back til september. Because who cared that featured whole-sale destruction of Tokyo in some form.

It would be nice to have all the sucky people confined to a single spot at times.

And YAY for GACKT that he managed to get people to donate 2,5 million dollars. That is a lot of help.

seriously? people are upset that he's busy helping his fellow human beings in their time of tragedy instead of promoting himself and his music? that's sick. i get that maybe they are a little overloaded with what's going on to them and wanted an escape but, seriously, they need to get over the fact that their favorite rock star won't pander to them at all times. he's doing the right thing and to call him trash is wrong.

I think that's wonderful that he's raising funds for charity to help the folks of Japan at this time of need after suffering such a terrible disaster. The folks who objected really do need to get their life priorities together.
