I was reading a comment left by someone on my Sherlock/Hobbit crossover

"I kind of puckered when I saw this, but I should know by now never to doubt you, because of course you rocked it. I can't wait to see more!"

hee hee, that makes me all kinds of joyful, yeah, I know making crossovers isn't the most popular thing, but I've been drawn to them for years, and I think some of my best writing is them, but honestly, I never thought I'd be writing in hobbitdom again.

So hat's off to you Mr. Freeman! Bilbo was always my most favorite of hobbitses.

I will do an illustration for it, probably black and white, as soon as I get chapter two done (it's progessed a bit already) These are meant to be short adventures within the Hobbit and LOTR timelines, but not taking away any of Bilbo's initiative and courage and giving it to Sherlock. And it's also great fun to write why Sherlock and Mycroft don't get along and tying it to events in the First Age. I am a big fan of Sil as well.

For now the fic is pimped mostly in Sherlock fandom, honestly, I wouldn't know where to post hobbitfic anymore, and I was never into the Elvish side of the fandom.

And other than that, hopefully getting over cold, at least the snow melted away, hopefully there will be No More Of It until Dec.

And yes, SHERLOCK/BLEACH crossover idea is already written out .....

I've been catching up on fic, and I must agree that I was a bit skeptical about the whole hobbit thing. I should never have doubted you. So clever you are. (and apparently I'm channeling Yoda in my sleep deprived state.) Looking forward to whatever else you may have up your sleeve...
