Changes to their seller agreements:
CafePress reserves the right to sell Products and/or Content from the CafePress Marketplace at its sole discretion for 3rd party feeds and set pricing.
CafePress reserves the right to sell Products and/or Content available through the CafePress Marketplace to other retailers or wholesalers at prices determined by CafePress.
Inactivity fee is being increased from $5 to $10. If CafePress owes you accrued compensation that is less than the Payment Threshold for at least 365 days, then CafePress may send you payment of such accrued compensation minus a $10 processing fee.
Termination fee is being increased from $5 to $10. If you or CafePress terminate your Account, and you have less than $25 in accrued but unpaid royalties then outstanding, CafePress may charge you a $10 processing fee when sending you your final payment to cover its administrative costs.
Note, I've been very happy with my Printfection site, I can set my own prices and Cafe Press will not sell my products and content to 3rd parties! There are no inactivity fees, or Termination fees for your free account.
Printfection ships Internationally, but more important for my customers, they create all their product, so there is only one shipping charge, not for example, one fee if you purchase a mug, and a second if you order a tee (that comes from a different vendor!)

Date: 2011-06-09 02:23 am (UTC)I have spent most of my week comparing notes with a fan of a very different genre and as she put it,it is nice to know that someone else out there gets as hyper over something as she does. It is always enjoyable to have someone who understands that depth of emotion and devotion to something. It is really all about passion for something that means something to you personally, and connecting.
