I've also seen fabric printed with doll patterns, so your customer needs only cut the shapes out, sew together and stuff!

wow! I've bookmarked the site - I saw some gorgeous patterns on old kimonos in the Tokyo Museum (will have to check the copyright first of course). And the way the Aussie dollar is more than holding up against the US dollar it might be worth my while.
