I know how you feel... I WANT to be excited about GOS, I really do... But it is difficult to go back to Hershey bars when you have been nibbling on boutique handmade Belgian chocolates...
I must give Richie his due, the 2009 movie brought me back to the Holmes fandom fold with the energy and enthusiasm, I suppose.
Hopefully Fry will be good.
