MY BAD

My father just called me to tell me that he has to pay 20cents extra to pick up his 'parcel' from the post office. The parcel being my HOLIDAY CARD in a small envelope. Maybe because it's a bit lumpy it's treated as a parcel but I had it weighed!

So sorry if you arent' getting your cards, or you have to pay extra for them, or I will see a few coming back, good thing I didn't send the rest out yet!

They have introduced the same over here, it's not just the weight but the size and thickness of the envelope that count. Excess postage is about a dollar though!

Meh, but I've not sent out my international yet, I'm doing that tomorrow, so it should be fine.

Yes yay for that! Makes me really reconsider having movedto States, but can move back when we retire, maybe.
