Did nothing but write yesterday, just needs cleaning up before I post for people to read cos I know what you are all doing TOMORROW.

Note: if BBC IPlayer says that the show is not available until after it airs, this means a download that you can get via BBC IPlayer Desktop (which expires after 7 days) not the live stream.
