You Can Say No.

Facebook’s Terms of Service is a contract that requires you to NOT divulge your info. To do so could open you to legal action by Facebook.

Your social media accounts contains information on your sexuality, religion and political affiliation which is a violation of federal law, employers are not allowed to ask these questions in interviews.

Facebook's TOS violate Canadian privacy laws to begin with - and the reaction up here to that news story from the USA has been jaw dropping shock that possible employers would request this. We have not had this happen in Canada, at least that anyone has spoken out about.

It's crazy, I've known people who've been reprimanded at work for things they said on social media sites, and they didn't even know that their employers were looking.
