thoughts (possible spoilers)
Now, the only issue I have with this version of Cas (Post-Hallucination?) is that if he no longer wants to fight, we will see less of him in season eight. I don’t know that he’ll be a regular, but please more than 5 shows.
I know the writers don’t want to make the angel a Dues ex machina, (and Misha probably loves the chance to broaden the character)
To me, as a viewer, Cas relationship to Dean and Sam is the most important, heck, the show is Dean and Sam. I believe that the shipping between Meg and Cass is a sort of comic relief (and to add some element to future stories, for example, Dean wasn’t falling into alcoholism as much as they needed him to carry the flask that Bobby was bound to) - if not, give Meg and Cas their own show as a demented couple. That I would watch.
Oh, everyone in this house loves Kevin, let him know.
