Not flying American Airlines

Couple with teenage son with Down Syndrome booted from first class to back of the plane with 'buffer zone' between them and other passengers. Seriously, I would like to know, of all the parents with children who may be acting up were booted back, how many customers any airline would have?

This makes me wonder what with all the other problems I've been hearing about over the past couple of years, if there's an airline that's actually not actually being appalling.

Wasn't Southwestern pretty bad as well? I can't think of any Delta problems (that I've heard).

I wonder if there's a list?
