Not flying American Airlines

Couple with teenage son with Down Syndrome booted from first class to back of the plane with 'buffer zone' between them and other passengers. Seriously, I would like to know, of all the parents with children who may be acting up were booted back, how many customers any airline would have?

That makes me furious. Hardcore furious. I have heard so many nasty stories about AA but this takes the cake.
