SPN Episode Five Review - Fantastic!

Blood Brother, so far methinks, after the first ep, the best so far, we get not only the promised Dean and Benny backstory ...

(2)we get Dean Benny and Cas working together in Purgatory, with a kick-ass fight scene with Leviathans,
(3) Dean's desperate desire to get Cas out of Purgatory,
(4) more of Sam and Amelia's story, with the reason why they bond (finally!)
(5) Benny becoming a vampire and why he wants revenge on his 'Father'
(6) great scene with much needed Sam and Dean interaction (over a phone)

lean mean fighting machine this week regarding pacing and writing with ... Cliffhanger AUGH!

please no filler next ep, ne? Or you know, ever, I would be cool with that.

I really liked this ep. I actually liked Benny, so far. The purgatory scenes were awesome and I liked Sam and Dean on the phone, at the most serious and dangerous moment the boys are argueing. Sam's reaction to Benny (jealous much) how he accepted Deans decision to let him live. Dean in BAMF mode in the vamp nest, swoons, I know I'm easy. Best time this Season. Looking forward to next week, it looks like we can expect the boys to finally face each others demons.

I think Sam's bitchface said that Dean had a hell of a lot of 'splaining' to do - not that Sam accepted the decision at all, because he just found out in that handshake that Benny is a vamp, but barely resisted killing him because Dean gave him the minute shake of the head. So expect fireworks next week.

Hit the wrong button. Loved the interaction between the Cas, Dean, and Benny. This season is better than last season.
