Hi got new computer, monitor, tablet

Its a Dell.

I'm glad I have more room on my desk now, going to flat screen.

I have to reload stuff and learn how to navigate Windows 8.

Comp supposed to have speakers but I don't know how to turn them on meh.

Plus I have to figure out how to get the screen a bit brighter but not too bright. Agh. It's strange to go to public computers where everything is set very bright and see my artwork look so faded, cos on my screen, it shows how it would print. Blah.

technologically impaired

ps - lj trying to get me to switch to new layout really annoying.

right now I have Quick Gamma running, that helps adjust the screen, and I'll do test prints until screen matches print.
