some rose truffles yesterday, and they were good, but not really my thing. I tried using molds, and while the shallower heart mold was easier to use, the deep mold for things like cherries was too deep, hard to get the candy out of. So, I think I will just go with hand-rolled truffles and call it a day.

Today I am trying dark chocolate, orange, cinnamon truffles with a pinch of cayenne. And I might try the white chocolate ginger, not certain.

And it's making necklaces today, maybe getting the handles on today, decorating tomorrow, and maybe if I have some free time I can get one valentine card done. *sigh* Not sure if it will be cute, romantic or sexy, depends on how many bros I put in there.
