now I get to sit down and fill out all the paperwork to prove my son still has disabilities, which they send out every year during the holiday week and expect back in a week.

Why do you have to fill these in annually? Is his condition likely to go away or improve?

my state makes me fill them out every year, my son is autistic, so not gonna go away. My friend is a quadrapeligic after a spinal cord injury 30 years ago, he has to fill them out every year too.
