Strangely, it's the thumb near his mouth that's getting me. That plus the expression on his face is drawing my eyes more than the hand covering his goods.

I wish my eyesight was better so I could better appreciate all the detail! Love the contrast between grisly and pretty in the heart patch being sewn onto his flesh - it's beautiful and horrific all at once.
