OMG yes, haha, another fandom we share, I have all the vinyl, the 12 inches, the imports, tons of memorabilia, did you see the pic of my daughter at throwback day? she wore all my D2 stuff. I'll probably be doing some fanart of them, it's just been oh ... 2 decades.
for some reason I've never engaged in the online fandom, maybe it's only one at a time for me.
I have compilations of the videos and concerts on tape, and then I have a DVD of them from their Astronaut tour, the last one I went too. They were here in a club last tour, but as underage couldn't go, I didn't get a ticket, as I'd promised kids next time they came, they could go too.
The first time I ever saw them was when I was doing articles on upcoming bands for the NME, back in 1980, and they had just started performing Planet Earth. I predicted they would be a smash. I'm very proud of myself! They subsequently got the recording contract and the rest is history!
I'd never seen this, thank you for sharing. What an excellent documentary of the music. The part where Nick played just the guitars for Save A Prayer gave me chills. So I dug out my CDs and started my own little jam party tonight. I so needed to hear this - thanks Karadin! Think I'll switch all the Doctor Who songs on my Shuffle to Duran Duran for awhile. :)

Do you have the video of 'Arena'?
That's one of my favourites of all time.
