IF you've gone into a Victoria's Secret for sizing, they probably got it wrong.

Well, fuck a duck. I've been wearing the wrong bra sizes for the last 25 YEARS of my life!

I've been wearing bands in the 36-38 range and cups between C-D for as long as I can remember. Apparently I should be more like a 34 K!

I'm kind of pissed. Every tip she used to tell if you have the wrong bra applied to me. Every bra I've ever worn - training, sport, maternity - has been based on incorrect measurements. That's a lot of years to torture my shoulders, not to mention making my bust smaller by pushing fat towards my back.

Well, I guess I know what I'm shopping for this weekend.

Can I repost this to my journal? This is one video that should be spread around, I think.

oh heck yeah, spread it around! I do appreciate that she mentions that sizes like DD don't mean that you are too big, I was sort of shocked when I sized myself properly I was a DD, or maybe an F or a G. And now I can show my daughter how to shop for her size.

Ohh... this is very helpful. But does it apply to Asians as well? I mean, the size chart?

But following her tips, I think I'm using the right bra size. I also do that scooping thing. haha

Thanks for sharing!

Thank you *so much* for posting this! I'm getting up to the time I need a few more brassieres (have hit that third set of hooks), and was *just* thinking there must be a better way to find a bra that's *comfortable*, you know?

This is really useful from the sizing point of view. I had actually just adjusted my buying size due to comfort issues and it turns out that I was right :-)
Shopping - well for us Brits less helpful, but as she praised UK sizing I'm guessing that good old Marks and Spencer may be able to help me.
