yep, he said that.

and then the artist replied on his twitter -

I wasn't saying Wonder Woman is not for being equal, and therefore a feminist. I just want her to be a human being, fallible and real.

did he miss the fact that she's an amazon? And apparently, feminists are not human beings, they are probably amazons.

here's his work btw so strong but not feminist means skimpy costumes and back breaking poses.

not a problem with his male characters

Strong ... feminist ... fallible and real. This guy thinks you have to sacrifice some to achieve the others, huh?

Strange, considering how the some of the BEST Wonder Woman artists - George Perez, Alex Ross (my icon), Aaron Lopresti, Terry & Rachel Dodson, and Nicola Scott (the color drawing in your post) - managed to do all of the above ... all while keeping in mind that this woman is NOT human!

I can only hope that no matter what the artist does, at least maybe the writer will keep her on track.

the writer is this guy's spouse, don't know much about her writing but I hear she's relatively new.

Meh to this guy. sigh.

And like you, I far prefer his artwork of Cap to his "Wonder Woman". Ah well.

If you browse his male characters, they all have strong anatomical designs, but his women have tiny waists and brokeback poses where they can hardly lift their swords.

Didn't catch that, but I did notice she had to go in for a bikini wax to wear that costume in the drawing.

Ugh, disappointing. Feminists aren't real, fallible people now? WTF?

And once again a (male) artist draws on a teenage boys wet dream of the perfect super/wonder woman. *sigh*
