but every day at least once they post Steve hate, and I can't deal with that. Same goes for Tony hate. People get so into the characters they forget they aren't real, or that if you have to blame anyone, it's the writer.

I guess right after open of CACW there was a lot of Tony hate going on, and then people thought, in some strange fandom logic, well, okay then, I have to post Steve hate to balance it out! I'm all for posting your own thoughts on your own blog, but that doesn't mean I have to keep seeing/blocking it. All the other fun stuff isn't worth it!

I never write ships unless I love both characters, I don't get how people can hate on one half of their ship.

That said, very stoked for Black Panther movie, and ANOTHER Captain America, Bucky, Natasha and Sam movie. (I think we are owed one)

Unfollow them for a while. I had to unfollow about 20 blogs to stop the hate I saw. And to tell you the truth I went and looked at the tags to see all the hate that was supposed to be out there for Tony - and I found ONE post. I was astounded. So much Steve hate for what? I can go on and on but that's not me. I'm tired of the wank. I will stay in my corner and love my characters and ignore the hate out there!

I have to admit, I didn't see the Tony hate, but maybe that's because the blogs I follow are mostly Stony, and those people love Tony and I think honestly, pair him with Steve because it's a popular ship, but they don't really care about Steve.

Well I had one anon hate person send me a message and tell me that there was only Tony hate - all I had to do was look in the Tony Stark tags. So I did and I found that one and that was it! All the rest were very nice to Tony and tearing Steve apart in his OWN MOVIE. So yuck, I stay away from anyone who is one sided. I want Stony not hate Tony, or hate Steve.
