so I took my daughter to the dentist and she has 2 forms of insurance.
they ran the first insurance and the 2nd, but the 2nd did not go through because they have the wrong birthdate listed for her, and they have a new casenumber for her, instead of using the old one.
So I called the 2nd insurance and they changed the birthdate, but informed me that I would have to contact the state because the info would revert back on August 1, and they gave me a county number.
I called that number and they could not find any case open for her, so they gave me another number, then that person said I called the wrong number, who gave me to another number, and my phone cut out, then I called another number and they transferred me to another number and my phone cut out.
right now I contacted our social worker to see if she knows where I need to call to get my daughter's birthdate corrected on her insurance and possibly reverting her back to her original casenumber?????
air conditioning still out, will have appointment tomorrow, possibly when it's raining.
and still waiting on a refund check from our county for our insurance premiums under the ACA that they said would process 7-15 days and it's day 17. And btw, you can't call them until your check is 6 weeks overdue.
