When Employers ask for your Facebook (or other social media site) passwords
You Can Say No.
Facebookâs Terms of Service is a contract that requires you to NOT divulge your info. To do so could open you to legal action by Facebook.
Your social media accounts contains information on your sexuality, religion and political affiliation which is a violation of federal law, employers are not allowed to ask these questions in interviews.
